Why Ikigai

In Japan there's a timeless wisdom that has guided generations towards happiness and longevity: ikigai, the reason for living. This profound Japanese concept is the intersection where passion, mission, vocation and profession harmoniously converge, infusing a career with meaning and purpose.

During my time living in Japan, I became captivated by the power of ikigai. Having worked for various multi-nationals and start-ups around the world, and through extensive travel and interactions with diverse cultures, I discovered that this philosophy transcends borders and speaks to the universal desire for a fulfilling life. It led me to become an Executive Career Coach, coupling my professional experience with my cultural sensitivity to help individuals unlock their ikigai and transform it into their dream careers.

The magic of ikigai lies in its ability to awaken a sense of vitality within us. When we find our ikigai and align our careers accordingly, work ceases to be a chore.
