With this clarity, we’ll translate your ikigai into the ideal job, so that you have clear direction in your job search.
2/ COMMUNICATING YOUR IKIGAI: BUILDING YOUR PERSONAL BRAND
Build your story so that a recruiter totally gets you. With this clarity, we’ll construct your own personal brand, including a standout resume, a cover letter that will be read, and LinkedIn profile that aligns. This personalized story enables you to communicate the exact role you’re looking for and why you’re the best fit. Instead of spending hours online searching for roles, your clarity will attract recruiters.
3/ GETTING NOTICED: CONVERTING INTERVIEWS TO OFFERS
Enhance your executive presence, so that you build a connection with your employers. I’ll get your interviews perfectly polished so that an employer sees all of you. You’ll sell yourself as the solution to their problem. Post-offer, I’ll work with you on salary negotiation so that you get everything you need. We work on successful onboarding for a lasting career legacy.
