Ikigai Executive Coaching was founded to help leaders, professionals and emerging talent navigate important career decisions with greater clarity purpose and confidence. Drawing on more than 30 years of international leadership experience across global organisations in 45 countries, and over 1000 hours of professional coaching, I work with a deliberately limited number of clients each month. This allows for a highly personalised coaching experience tailored to the individual, their ambitions and the complexities of their professional journey.
