Ikigai Executive Coaching was founded in 2021 to help leaders and emerging talent build purposeful, globally relevant careers. As a Master Professional Career Coach, with 30+ years of international leadership experience across 45 countries, I work with clients to bring clarity, confidence, and direction to pivotal career decisions. Borderless and culturally fluent, I coach individuals across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, helping align strengths, values and ambitions with meaningful professional lives.
